ITA stated on the last 19th that the Airbus A320 will be used in its flights and will open a selection process for new job vacancies
According to the company’s president, Tiago Sena, the company has already signed the LOI – Letter of Intent, for the leasing of the aircraft, and that there would be a total of ten by next year. The aircraft will come from Europe and some from India, but will only be brought after the definitions of interior configuration are completed and painted and ready.

The routes have not yet been disclosed, and Tiago Sena stated that there will be no first-class or business class in the economy flights. The main operational bases are at Guarulhos, Galeão, and Brasília airports. The flights will focus on routes between the capitals.
Information about the selection process will still be disclosed on the company’s official website, so that candidates are not harmed by others pretending to represent the company to take advantage of the moment.

The mandatory requirement to apply is fluent English. Initially, 600 employees will be hired, including 170 pilots and 300 flight attendants.
For pilots, a valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate (CMA) is required, 200 hours for co-pilots, 5,000 for captains. For flight attendants, only the Technical Capacity Certificate (ANAC board) and valid CMA are required.
