The routes have not yet been disclosed, and Tiago Sena stated that there will be no first-class or business class in the economy flights. The main operational bases are at Guarulhos, Galeão, and Brasília airports. The flights will focus on routes between the capitals.

Information about the selection process will still be disclosed on the company’s official website, so that candidates are not harmed by others pretending to represent the company to take advantage of the moment.

The mandatory requirement to apply is fluent English. Initially, 600 employees will be hired, including 170 pilots and 300 flight attendants.

For pilots, a valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate (CMA) is required, 200 hours for co-pilots, 5,000 for captains. For flight attendants, only the Technical Capacity Certificate (ANAC board) and valid CMA are required.

The selection of candidates will be done by a separate system, and will be announced on the company’s social media and sent to the press next week.
