If you are looking to improve your resume and prepare yourself for the job market, this news is for you! Government, CNI and Senai signed an unprecedented agreement that provides for the provision of 200 thousand vacancies in free qualification courses in areas essential to Brazilian industry. This initiative aims not only at professional qualification, but also at social inclusion, increased employability and strengthening of the national economy.

The project, which will run until 2027, is one of the largest partnerships ever made to promote technical education in the country. The signing ceremony took place on December 18 in Brasília and was attended by authorities from the Federal Government and the industrial sector. This strategic partnership aims to transform the lives of thousands of Brazilians through training.

A partnership to transform the job market

The Minister of Labor and Employment, Luiz Marinho, emphasized the importance of the initiative, highlighting the role of vocational education in building a more inclusive and sustainable future. According to him, the idea is to prepare young people and adults to meet the demands of the job market, promoting opportunities and creating conditions so that everyone has access to decent jobs.

For Ricardo Alban, president of CNI, social inclusion and economic development go hand in hand. “Work is one of the most powerful instruments for reducing inequalities, ensuring dignity and strengthening the economy. We want people to feel included through professional development,” said Alban.

The initiative includes a wide variety of courses to meet market demands and provide training in areas with high employability. Check out some of the options offered:

How does the selection process work?

The selection process will be carried out through registration on the official Senai website. Candidates must meet the requirements established in the notice, such as a family income of up to two minimum wages and the presentation of basic documents, such as ID, CPF and proof of residence.

Places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and candidates may enroll in only one course. In addition, all applicants must take a placement test to assess whether they have the basic knowledge required for the chosen course.

Where to sign up?

Registration can be done directly on the official website of Senai (www.senai.br), where the full notice with information on requirements, deadlines and course locations is also available. The project will be active until 2027, but vacancies for 2024 are already available and will be filled quickly. So don't waste time!
