Government, CNI and Senai signed an unprecedented agreement that provides for the provision of 200 thousand vacancies in free qualification courses in areas essential to Brazilian industry. This initiative aims not only at professional qualification, but also at social inclusion, increased employability and strengthening of the national economy.
The project, which will run until 2027, is one of the largest partnerships ever made to promote technical education in the country. The signing ceremony took place on December 18 in Brasília and was attended by authorities from the Federal Government and the industrial sector. This strategic partnership aims to transform the lives of thousands of Brazilians through training.
A partnership to transform the job market
The Minister of Labor and Employment, Luiz Marinho, emphasized the importance of the initiative, highlighting the role of vocational education in building a more inclusive and sustainable future. According to him, the idea is to prepare young people and adults to meet the demands of the job market, promoting opportunities and creating conditions so that everyone has access to decent jobs.

The courses are distributed in in-person and online modalities, with workloads that can be adapted to the needs of students. This flexibility is essential to serve people who already work and need alternative schedules to study.
How does the selection process work?
The selection process will be carried out through registration on the official Senai website. Candidates must meet the requirements established in the notice, such as a family income of up to two minimum wages and the presentation of basic documents, such as ID, CPF and proof of residence.
Places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and candidates may enroll in only one course. In addition, all applicants must take a placement test to assess whether they have the basic knowledge required for the chosen course.
