Federal Deputy Joice Hasselmann Just Announced On Social Media That It Is Time For Petrobras To Enter The Privatization Package And Classifies The Truck Drivers’ Strike As “Unjustifiable”

A few minutes ago (17:40 – 20/04/2019), Federal Deputy Joice Hasselmann, concerned about the second wave of economic impact and supply triggered by a latent truck drivers’ strike that, according to the mainstream media, could happen on April 30, made a supportive post for the privatization of Petrobras, demanding that it happen immediately.

The allegations are the traditional ones: free competition and the end of the refining monopoly, which according to Joice and other liberals, would solve the problem of fuel prices, especially diesel.

“A TRUCK DRIVERS’ STRIKE Would Be UNJUSTIFIABLE. It Is Time For More BRAZIL, LESS BRASÍLIA. Let’s DIMINISH The Size Of The STATE: PRIVATIZATION, END OF THE MONOPOLY!! The free competition of various brands will always benefit the final consumer. It Is Time For Us To Unite In Search Of A DEFINITIVE SOLUTION That Will Benefit ALL BRAZILIANS”, said Joice Hasselmann today.

She also endorses that the threat of a truck drivers’ strike would not help anyone at this moment, not even the government, despite it having launched a package of benefits and infrastructure that would assist them on the roads. ” It Is Time To Privatize Petrobras”, she concludes her post.

Petrobras Will Start Selling Half Of Its Refineries In June

According to statements from the new government, Petrobras will focus on its main activity (E&P) and will sell assets that do not fit this premise, and for that, it has decided to sell thirteen refineries located in the South, Southeast, and Northeast regions.
