HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANIC – DIESEL LINE

Job Description: Technical experience in electronic systems, suspension, brakes, hydraulics; Knowledge in the use of DIGITAL SCANNER. Proof of experience required in CTPS; Required courses in VW, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, and Scania mechanical assembly lines.

Requirements: Male; Reside in Macaé or nearby; Availability of schedule.

HR/DP MANAGER

Requirements: 5 years of professional experience required with proof in CTPS; Manage and develop the maintenance of job and salary plans, supervising training programs, salary administration, payroll, benefits records, control of services provided by third parties; Manage employee routines; Develop teamwork activities; Provide training and define human resources policies and procedures; Ensure compliance with legal practices of human resources according to legal requirements; Plan and manage training and development programs for professionals evaluating performance; Maintain benefits programs, studying and evaluating new practices according to trends and costs, managing selection processes, tests, interviews, and onboarding of new employees; Attend Labor Audiences; A degree in Human Resources is essential.

AUTOMOTIVE DIESEL ELECTRICIAN – LIGHT AND HEAVY

Requirements: 2 years of professional experience required with proof in CTPS; Perform electrical system maintenance for the company’s fleet of light and heavy vehicles; Test installation circuits, replace or repair damaged wires or units; Preventive maintenance, corrective services, among others. Desirable Basic Automotive Electrical Courses. Reside in Macaé or nearby.
