Businesswoman and influencer Kim Kardashian decided to further expand her wealth in Hidden Hills, California. According to Casa e Jardim, the celebrity purchased a new property valued at US$ 7 million, equivalent to about R$ 40 million, located right next to her main mansion, which is valued at approximately R$ 342 million.
A Strategic Purchase and Close to the Birthday
According to TMZ, Kim completed the deal just days before turning 45 on October 21.
The new house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is expected to be incorporated into the extensive residential complex she has been forming over the years.

Architectural Design Surrounded by Nature
The new house was designed by architect John T. Lyle and is surrounded by a dense wooded area.
Although smaller than the main mansion — which nearly doubled in size after recent renovations — the property impresses with its tennis court, pool, and spa.
It occupies a 1.38-acre lot, equivalent to 5,585 square meters.
There is still no confirmation if Kim plans to demolish the current structure or adapt it as a guest house. If she opts for demolition, she may face resistance from admirers of the original design.
History of Renovations and Disputes in Kim Kardashian’s Neighborhood
In 2021, a neighbor even took legal action to try to block underground constructions planned by Kim, such as a shelter, parking, and wellness center.
The request, however, was denied, allowing the work to continue.
In the following year, aerial photos showed that the main mansion was undergoing major renovations, including the construction of a new wing.
Kim currently lives on the property with her four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
