The Renewal of the Contract for Vila Velha Port Terminal (TVV), Celebrated This Monday (5), Will Inject Over R$ 500 Million in Investments in Espírito Santo by 2048 and Is Expected to Create Approximately 600 Jobs Soon.
“ We at Log-In Logística will invest R$ 120 million in the next two years, and approximately an additional R$ 434 million by 2048,” explained the director of TVV, Ilson Hulle.

Vila Velha Port Terminal
The contract with the responsible company, Log-In Logística Intermodal S.A., which was set to end in 2023, has been renewed until September 2048.
The company’s initial commitment is to invest R$ 120 million for the modernization of the terminal, which includes two new cranes with greater capacity and reach; new automation systems for the portainers and cranes; five new forklifts and 14 new semi-trailers to expand the cargo handling capacity in the yard; and new management systems at the gates and in the terminal’s internal areas.

25-Year Investments by Log-In Logística
Log-In will also invest an additional R$ 434 million over the 25 years of the contract to ensure the maintenance, updating, and/or replacement of the necessary assets for port activities.
The president of Log-In Logística states that this is one of the most important steps in the company’s trajectory, and the investments can help develop the sustainability of the country, as well as competitiveness in the port terminal market.
“With these investments from Log-In Logística, we will finally be able to establish ourselves as one of the key players in terms of container handling, vehicles in the southeastern region, and general cargo. We are fully confident that this new phase will enable new clients and projects, in addition to bringing more regional economic development and benefits to the capixaba community”, concluded Arany.
