Petrobras – Divestment from One, Investment in Another
As is widely known, Petrobras is undergoing a significant divestment program, and the 10 contracts referenced in this article are part of this package and are located in the Pampo and Anchova hubs, specifically in the fields of Badejo, Bicudo, Bonito, Enchova Oeste, Enchova, Linguado, Marimbá, Pampo, Piraúna, and Trilha.
Macaé expects to attract approximately US$ 1 billion in private investment in these fields, aiming for an increase of 203.5 million barrels of oil in production from these shallow water areas in the Campos Basin, which according to the ANP, has decreased by 50% in production over the last 10 years.

Oil States Brasil, headquartered in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, reported today (07/08) that it mobilized in record time to carry out an emergency response for a pipeline in a gas pipeline under construction in the Campos Basin.
The company emphasizes that for the rescue of the submarine pipeline in the Campos Basin, the renowned Oil States internal lifting tool for submarine pipelines (ILT) was used, which has a customizable range of nominal pipeline diameters and is operated hydraulically, both from the ship’s deck and via ROV.
