With an excellent and privileged location on Av. dos Estados, just 5 minutes from the Rodoanel Mário Covas, one of the main highways in SP, the venture also has easy access to the Port of Santos, Guarulhos/SP Airport, and the railway line. All of this, combined with the characteristics of the venture, increases the demand for products arriving by train or air, reaffirming the significant advantages of the MBigucci Business Park Santo André in SP.
Logistics Center Infrastructure
According to Marcelo Bigucci, leasing director of MBigucci, in addition to the excellent location, the venture features ‘Triple A’ condominium infrastructure, integrated with outsourced management, 24-hour security team, 12m ceiling height, and flooring with a resistance of 6ton/m², to perfectly meet future logistics and storage operations.
Bigucci also highlighted that, with the boost in e-commerce generated during the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for warehouses preferably in logistics condominiums has been very high, and that is precisely why the MBigucci Business Park Santo André project was conceived, which will have everything that clients demand and need, not only for emergency situations.

The mayor of Santo André, Paulo Serra (PSDB), reported that the construction of the Business Park is another regionally significant project concerning logistics for the area, not only in terms of size and scale but also due to its strategic location and job creation for the city.
The mayor further emphasized that he has no doubt that the Business Park could be a turning point after the recovery of Av. dos Estados, potentially becoming one of the economic references of the ABC Paulista Region.
