The proposal guarantees properties with quality standards and affordable conditions, according to federal government guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, the family must meet some requirements.
It is necessary to have a gross monthly income within the stipulated limit, not own any property in their name, and not have previously been granted assistance from housing programs.

The most important aspect is that the program prioritizes people with disabilities, seniors, women who head their households, and other groups in greater social vulnerability.
Free and Digital Registration
The registration takes place exclusively on the Salvador Digital portal, the official channel of the city hall. The Municipal Secretary of Infrastructure and Public Works (Seinfra) coordinates the process and ensures it will be free and transparent.
The city hall warns of potential scam attempts. Therefore, it emphasizes that no fees should be charged to register. Anyone attempting to charge any amount is committing a crime.
Documents and Process Steps
During the registration filling, it is essential to provide correct information. All data will be verified in the final analysis.
Among the required documents are: ID, CPF, proof of income for all family members, and proof of residence. Other documents may be requested, depending on the family’s socioeconomic situation.
Additionally, Seinfra shares guidelines on social media, including step-by-step instructions for registration. If the registration is approved, beneficiaries will receive guidance on how to proceed with the next steps.
