- Mechanical or offshore engineer, or relevant marine/mechanical/offshore degree with equivalent hands-on experience in shipyards or land operations;
- Significant experience as project manager, construction, or commissioning;
- Extensive and diverse experience in naval/offshore repairs, shipyards, vessels/offshore operations/FPSO;
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory. Postgraduate in related areas to the discipline of expertise is a plus, MBA or equivalent is a plus;
- Experience in painting maintenance activities;
- Experience supporting onboard painting execution;
- Fluent in English.
- Complete Higher Education;
- Experience with planning;
- Experience with integrated activity planning is a plus;
- Demonstrate, throughout your career, the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals;
- Process improvement skills and financial knowledge;
- Strong communication skills in English.
