Due to the difficulty of finding professionals with specific requirements, training, and experiences, MODEC is forced to search for them on social media.

[supsystic-social-sharing id=’1′] MODEC is one of the most significant oil and gas companies for Petrobras regarding Production platforms in Brazil at the moment. With its incredible installed fleet in the country among pre-salt assets and recent bids won for more units that will arrive by 2022, it has started to feel the lack of professionals who possess the necessary requirements to manage its operations in the national territory.

Be aware, we are aware that there are many great professionals in the market who are unemployed and relentlessly seeking reemployment, but the offshore segment is one of the most restricted and specific in the world; it is not enough to be a good professional, qualification, training, and a series of knowledge that are not easy to obtain anywhere are required! An FPSO, for example, is composed of sailors, technicians, and engineers, each responsible for a specific task that only Paid or Federal Courses can provide.

One of the reasons why many people cannot enter Modec

Despite the Human Resources personnel of Modec calling on professionals on social media, as you can clearly see in the photo below, many professionals (as they claim to be) enter the company’s post profile to SPEAK ILL OF THE COMPANY! Do you think it’s a lie? See the screenshot below. If it’s already ugly to speak ill of companies everywhere, imagine entering their recruitment site and saying these things. It’s professional suicide!

Understand, whether MODEC hires based on referrals or not, it is not for you to give opinions or criticize on this matter, especially because if you do not provide proof, in addition to “burning” yourself with the company, your CPF numbers and your profiles will be stored in their database. Your only role is to send or register your resumes, and politely, that’s where it ends! See other MODEC publications by clicking here.
