Rodrigo Bacelar and Bernardo Costa Join the Company to Drive Business and Improve Processes
The Movecta, one of the largest integrated logistics companies in the country, announces the arrival of Rodrigo Bacelar as the new commercial director and of Bernardo Costa to the board of strategy and transformation.
Rodrigo holds a degree in Logistics and Transportation from the Metropolitan University of Santos, has an MBA in Logistics Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and holds an extension course in International Business from the University of California, in the United States.

Bernardo Costa has 15 years of experience in the industry and consulting across various segments, having worked for renowned companies such as White Martins, Linde/Messer, and Alvarez & Marsal. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ibmec-RJ, with a specialization in Logistics from UFRJ, an Executive MBA from FIA, and training in Strategic Management from the University of Cambridge in the UK, in addition to having studied digital transformation and CX at IASD Bocconi, in Italy.
Bernardo arrives with the challenge of accelerating the company’s transformation, focusing on the development of strategic areas and projects. “We will ensure the effective implementation of the guidelines set out in our strategic planning, supporting Movecta’s growth in a structured manner. Our goal is to consolidate Movecta as one of the leading providers of logistics solutions in the country, standing out for our proximity to the client and excellence in all areas of our business.”
