CNC Turning Center Operator

Completed Primary Education;
SENAI Technical Courses – Operation of CNC Machines;
Knowledge in CNC programming;
Minimum experience of 1 to 5 years as Boring Machine Operator/CNC Turning.

Assembly and Testing Operator

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Quality are highlights;
Conduct engineering revisions via the system;
Skills in using hydraulic pressurization units;
Skills in handling and transporting parts with pallet jacks and/or forklifts.

Welder

Completed Primary Education;
SENAI Welding Course.
Knowledge in Windows/MS Office Environment;
Basic knowledge of technical drawing.

Treatment Operator

Completed Primary Education;
Reading and interpretation of drawings and manufacturing documents (RFI, VGS, and working BMS);
Knowledge in the application of the painting process using a conventional spray gun and/or brush;
Minimum experience of 2 years in coating processes.

CNC Boring Machine Operator

Completed Primary Education;
SENAI Technical Courses – Operation of Machines and CNC Control;
Good knowledge of trigonometry;
Minimum experience of 1 to 5 years as Boring Machine Operator/CNC Turning.

CNC Turner

Completed Primary Education;
Experience with medium and large parts;
Knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc controls;
Knowledge of measuring instruments: Caliper, Micrometer, Tubular, Ball Gage, Sudden.
