Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering;
- Experience with root cause analysis tools: 8D, MASP or DMAIC, PPAP, and product development according to APQP methodology;
- Experience in supplier relationship and development;
- Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
- Periodically report the quality status of the commodity under your responsibility;
- Manage internal customer complaints;
- Perform risk analyses of supplier quality, design and lead action plans to minimize them;
- Support purchasing in negotiations regarding recovery of non-conformance costs with suppliers, presenting SGRE’s viewpoint on the identified issue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, Mechanical or related fields;
- RCM certification, Post-Graduation or MBA in Materials Engineering;
- Previous experience in consulting engineering and industries (aviation, automotive, oil, steel/mining) is desirable;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for identifying needs for product and design modifications in the wind turbine structure and components, checking issues or opportunities for improvement resulting from the machine’s design;
- Will control the documentation of operations and services provided by Siemens Gamesa to customers, such as technical manuals, work instructions, maintenance checklists, etc., receiving and identifying necessary documents and forms.
