Neoenergia stated, in a press office for the Click Oil and Gas, which will account for at least 60% of all vacancies for the Electrician School, a course offered by the institution in São Paulo and the Federal District. In addition, there will be an all-female class. In all, as informed by the company, there will be 25 new classes. In addition, the courses are completely free and allow people with complete secondary education to participate, to make their curriculum richer. The aim is to facilitate the entry of women into the world of technology.
“It is an initiative that generates job opportunities and income for those who want to enter the electrician profession, either as a self-employed person or as an employee of a company. At the same time, we are helping to increase women's participation in this segment. For us, gender equity is a priority.” says Régia Barbosa, Superintendent of Organizational Development and Culture at Neoenergia. Régia claims that the brand is pleased to announce that more than 400 women interested in the area have already graduated with the certificate provided by the institution.
