The Innovative Meeting of OEC Drives Sector Transformation Through Knowledge Sharing
Companies aiming for leadership in their respective markets must have a culture of innovation deeply embedded in their practices. However, some sectors face greater challenges in materializing these innovations, especially the engineering and construction sector, where barriers such as distance from technological centers, limited access to technology, and a lack of familiarity with innovative methods can hinder the introduction of new construction approaches.
Innovation in OEC Culture
OEC – Engineering and Construction, however, has a commitment to innovation as a pillar of its organizational culture, which is constantly emphasized. From June 5 to 7, the company will hold the OEC IN Week 2023, an event intended to nourish this culture, allowing for the exchange of experiences among young members, veteran collaborators, and invited market experts. This event is exclusive to OEC members.
Events like this, according to Daniel Lepikson, responsible for Innovation at OEC, are crucial for the circulation of new initiatives within the company, and for capturing ideas and insights. At the same time, it promotes engagement and motivation, making the company attractive to young talents and increasing OEC’s permeability to opportunities brought by the Open Innovation ecosystem, generating more benefits for its clients.
