According to Petrobras, in addition to the concessions and their production facilities, the Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN) in Alagoas, responsible for processing 100% of the gas from the hub and for generating LNG, which has a processing capacity of 2 million cubic meters per day, is included in the transaction.
The divestment in the so-called Alagoas Hub thus enters the non-binding phase, in which qualified potential buyers receive instructions for submitting initial proposals for the asset.

About the Onshore Oil Fields for Sale by Petrobras in Alagoas
The Alagoas Hub comprises seven production concessions (Anambé, Arapaçu, City of São Miguel dos Campos, Furado, Paru, Pilar, and São Miguel dos Campos), all located in the state of Alagoas.
The Paru field is located in shallow water, with a water depth of 24 meters. The other fields are onshore.
In 2019, the average production of the hub was 2,348 barrels of oil and condensate and 856 thousand m³/day of gas, generating a total of 1,010 bpd of LNG.
