• ID (R.G) / CNH or Council Card
• Proof of Residence in the name of the CANDIDATE, if the proof is in someone else’s name, a Declaration of Residence with a copy of the ID of the person who signed the declaration and Original Proof of Residence will be required
• Typed (printed) Resume
• PIS / PESEP or Citizen Card (if available)
• Reservist Certificate (for males)
