Applications Open for Over 400 Positions in Different Areas and Education Levels; Check All the Details About the Public Competition from the Municipality and Get Ready to Secure Your Spot!

If you are eyeing a career in the public sector, here’s a game-changing news: the City Hall of Olinda has just opened applications for a public competition filled with opportunities. A total of 449 positions are being offered in various education levels and areas of expertise, with salaries that can reach up to R$ 3,9 thousand, in addition to possible bonuses. Published in the Official Gazette of the municipality this Friday (28), the public competition covers seven municipal secretariats, offering opportunities for candidates with high school, technical, and higher education degrees.

In total, there are 269 positions dedicated to the health area and 180 distributed among the secretariats of Urban Management, Heritage and Culture, Social Development and Human Rights, Works, Environment and Urban Planning, and People Management and Administration.   • Endemic Disease Combat Agent — R$ 2,824
  • Dental Office Assistant (Family Health Program) — R$ 1,282.30
  • Dental Office Technician — R$ 1,282.30
  • Nursing Technician — R$ 1,282.30
  • Laboratory Technician — R$ 1,282.30
  • Social Worker — R$ 2,133.08
  • Nurse (Family Health Program) — R$ 2,133.08
  • Pharmacist — R$ 2,133.08
  • Physiotherapist — R$ 2,133.08
  • Speech Therapist — R$ 2,133.08
  • Clinical Doctor (Family Health Program) — R$ 3,957.21

In addition to the salaries, some positions may offer the possibility of receiving additional bonuses, although specific amounts have not been disclosed.

Work Hours for the City Hall Competition

Candidates selected in the city hall competition will work in varying schedules according to their position:

  • 20 hours per week for doctors and dentists;
  • 40 hours per week for community health agents and other positions in the Family Health Program;
  • 30 hours per week for other positions.

Applications are open until September 15 and must be made exclusively online, through the website of the organizing entity. Applicants should pay attention to the educational requirements for each position.

Application fees are R$ 120 for higher-level positions and R$ 100 for technical and high school levels. Candidates registered in CadÚnico or who come from low-income families can request a fee waiver until July 29.

Exams and Stages of the Public Competition

The public competition will be conducted in a single phase, consisting of a four-hour objective test. For candidates applying for the position of community health agent, there will also be a training course. The exams will take place on November 17, and the partial results are expected to be announced on December 9 on the website of the organizing entity and in the Official Gazette of the city.
