The Health Department of the State of Pernambuco (SES-PE), through the Training of the Unified Health System (FormaSUS), opened registration for 209 spots in free technical-level courses. Registration for the free courses in the health area can be made until July 1st and offers full scholarships for opportunities in 23 cities in the state.

Full scholarships are offered in 47 teaching units, in 23 cities. The spots are for the courses in nursing, clinical analyses, radiology, and pharmacy. Learn more about each of the free courses in the health area:
Nursing Technician: 191 Spots
This course aims to train the nursing professional at the technical and post-technical level as a critical citizen with a holistic vision, raising awareness for continuous education focused on the promotion, prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation of health.

Senai launches an unprecedented program with Petrobras and opens 2,000 spots in free courses with recognized certification, a monthly allowance of R$ 600, and training for industrial professions that continue hiring across the country.

Petrobras and SENAI open 480 spots in free technical courses with a scholarship of up to R$ 858, meal allowance, and training in Mechanics, Welding, Metallurgy, and Industrial Automation to meet the growing demand of the industry and the oil and gas sector.

Aim to train qualified professionals to operate diagnostic assistance equipment and process radiological images, to optimize the use of available radiological techniques, reducing operational losses, unnecessary costs, increased radiation doses, and erroneous diagnoses.
Pharmacy Technician: 1 Spot
Finally, the technical course in Pharmacy is a secondary-level training aimed at equipping professionals to provide pharmacological support, in order to collaborate with the health of the population. It can work in pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy chains, drugstores, hospitals, and public service.

Registration for free courses in the health area offered through the FormaSUS Program can be done online. To participate in the selection, it is necessary to have completed high school in public or private schools as a full scholarship holder. It is also required to have an average score of 5 or higher in high school.
To register for the free technical-level courses, it will also be necessary to have the academic transcript or form 19 from the participant’s educational institution, the full scholarship declaration, and an official identification document. Proof of registration in the Unified Registry (CadÚnico) is optional for applicants. The free courses in the health area are spread across the following cities:

According to SES, the classification will be calculated based on the average of the grades in Portuguese and mathematics, corresponding to 70% of the final overall average. The remaining 30% corresponds to the registration in CadÚnico. Candidates without registration in CadÚnico will have their final overall average classification based only on high school grades.
It is important to note that the Training Program of the Unified Health System (FormaSUS) is a system provided by the State Health Department of the State of Pernambuco (SES/PE) that offers scholarships to those who completed high school in state public schools or in private institutions as full scholarship holders.
