According to the Secretary of Innovation and Development of Espírito Santo (Sectides), responsible for managing qualifications, the offer is available in nine course options with a workload of 160 to 240 hours. Those selected will have all classes online.
According to information from the Ministry of Education, initial and continued education (FIC) or professional qualification is organized to prepare individuals for productive and social life, promoting the integration and reintegration of youth and workers into the labor market. The initiative includes professional training courses, improvement, and professional updating for workers at all education levels. It includes special courses, freely offered, open to the community, as well as professional qualification courses integrated into the formative itineraries of the educational system.

To participate, you must be at least 16 years old as of the release date of the announcement, which was published last Wednesday (18), and meet the minimum education and age requirements for each modality. Check the requirements below.

Administrative Assistant – 100 spots: Workload: 160h; Requirements: Complete Elementary Education II (6th to 9th grades) / Minimum Age: 16 years
Customs Dispatcher Assistant – 50 spots: Workload: 160h; Requirements: Complete High School / Minimum Age: 16 years
