About 50% of the openings are designated for the edtech’s teaching team. As part of this team, interested individuals will be training a new generation of developers for the market. Daily activities involve conducting live classes, producing, curating, and reviewing taught content, conducting knowledge validation interviews, as well as daily office hours, so students can ask questions about the course content. With 250 employees and a network of over 100 partner companies, such as XP Inc, Ambev, Arco Educação, Localiza, Méliuz, and Uber, Trybe currently has about 2,000 students enrolled in its course and aims to reach 2,700 by the end of 2021.
