“In Brazil and around the world, thousands of vacancies created annually in the technology market are not filled due to a lack of qualified people. We work hard so that more and more people have the opportunity to pursue these careers”, says Matheus Goyas, co-founder and CEO of Trybe. “Every day we use education to generate opportunities that can change lives.” By July of this year, 92% of professionals trained by Trybe were working within 3 months of completing the course. More than 140 people have already signed up to study at the school.
About 50% of the vacancies are allocated to the edtech instruction team. As part of this team, interested people will be forming a new generation of developers for the market. The day-to-day involves conducting live classes, producing, curating and reviewing the content taught, knowledge validation interviews, in addition to daily shifts, so that students can ask questions about the course content. With 250 employees and a network of more than 100 partner companies, such as XP Inc, Ambev, Arco Educação, Localiza, Méliuz and Uber, Trybe enrolls around 2 students in its course and intends to reach 2,7 in 2021 .
