On Tuesday, the 11th, the registrations for the University for All Program (ProUni) started. A total of 169,226 scholarships will be offered for the second semester of this year at private higher education institutions.
Of the 169,226 scholarships offered by ProUni, 68,087 are full scholarships, covering 100% of the tuition fee, and 101,139 are partial scholarships, covering 50% of the tuition fee. Full scholarships are intended for students with a family income per capita of up to 1.5 minimum wages. Partial scholarships will be granted to candidates with a family income per capita of up to 3 minimum wages.
Candidates who do not have a higher education diploma and who participated in the National High School Exam (Enem) 2018 can apply. In addition, students must have completed high school in a public school or in a private institution as a full scholarship student. Students with disabilities and public school teachers can also participate in the program.
Applicants must have obtained a minimum score of 450 points in the average of the grades obtained in the Enem tests. The calculation is made by summing the scores of the five tests and then dividing by five. Another requirement is that the student must not have scored zero in the essay.
Cut-Off Score
Daily, the ProUni system calculates the cut-off score, which is the lowest score to be among the potentially pre-selected candidates for each course, based on the number of available scholarships and the total number of candidates registered for the course, by mode of competition.

It does not guarantee pre-selection for the offered scholarship. The ProUni system does not calculate in real-time. The cut-off score is modified according to the scores of the applicants.
