How to Participate and Compete for Scholarships?
The selection process will consist of two stages: an objective test in Mathematics and Portuguese, and a practical evaluation with a video presentation and in-person interview.
The objective test will take place on December 15, and the second stage will occur between January and February 2025.
The results will be announced in March 2025.

Classes will be held full-time, from Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 5 PM.
Students will have the opportunity to learn classic and contemporary culinary techniques, as well as develop skills such as organization, creativity, and teamwork.
