Women, people with disabilities, Black, mixed-race, Indigenous, and other socially vulnerable groups will be prioritized in the selection process.
To facilitate access, enrollments can be done online, and the selection will be conducted by public draw.

- Welder (34 slots, night shift, duration of 5 months)
- Scaffold assembler (60 slots divided into morning and afternoon classes, duration of 5 months)
- Piping helper (94 slots divided into three classes, morning, afternoon, and night shifts, duration of 4 months)
- Machinery mechanic assembler (34 slots, night shift, duration of 5 months)
Ipojuca Campus:
- Instrumentation helper (30 slots, morning shift, duration of 4 months)
- Boilermaker (60 slots divided into two classes, morning and afternoon, duration of 10 months)
- Industrial painter (15 slots, morning shift, duration of 5 months)
- Electrical inspector (26 slots, morning shift, duration of 10 months)
Financial Assistance During the Course
To further assist students, the program offers monthly scholarships worth R$ 660, with a higher amount of R$ 858 for women with children up to 11 years old.
