The Federal Institute of Goiás offers 1.285 vacancies in 41 technical courses integrated with high school, with free registration for the selection process until October 28.

The Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG) has opened registration for the selection process for technical courses integrated into high school by 2025. The Federal Institute offers a total of 1.285 vacancies in 41 free technical courses distributed across 14 campuses of the institution. Candidates will be selected through a multiple-choice objective test, which is part of the selection process.

Available vacancies and courses offered by the Federal Institute 

The Federal Institute of Goiás offers a variety of courses technicians in various areas. Below are some of the courses and the number of available vacancies:

  • Goiás Waters Beautiful Campus
    • Clinical Analysis: 30 vacancies;
    • Environment: 30 vacancies;
    • Health Surveillance: 30 vacancies.
  • Annapolis Campus
    • Foreign Trade: 36 vacancies;
    • Buildings: 36 spaces;
    • Chemistry: 36 vacancies.
  • Goiania Campus
    • Environmental Control: 30 vacancies;
    • Buildings: 30 spaces;
    • Electrical engineering: 33 vacancies.

The courses at the Federal Institute last an average of three to four years, depending on the area of ​​training.

How to register for the Federal Institute’s selection process?

The inscriptions in courses free technical services are free and must be carried out exclusively online, official website of the Federal Institute, until October 28th.

At the time of registration, the candidate must choose whether he/she wishes to participate in the general competition or opt for the Reserve of Places, in accordance with current legislation.

It is necessary to complete the Registration Application and the Socioeconomic Questionnaire available on the registration page.

For those interested in the Musical Instrument course, there is a requirement to send a video of a musical piece being performed by November 3rd.

Selection details and schedule

O selective process of the Federal Institute will include an objective test composed of 24 questions on Portuguese, Mathematics, Sciences, History and Geography.

The test will be held on December 1st, and the preliminary result will be released on December 12th. The result will be published on December 20th.
