The National Rural Learning Service (SENAR) announced the opening of registrations for medium-level technical courses in distance learning (EAD), aimed at those who have completed high school. There are 3,205 vacancies in free and online technical courses, with hubs in various regions of Brazil.
The courses available in this announcement are: Agricultural Technician, Agribusiness Technician, and Animal Science Technician. Classes will start in the second semester of 2024. Secure your spot now.

Agricultural Technician Course: This course is aimed at those who wish to work in the agricultural sector. Students will learn about planting techniques, soil management, pest control, and the use of agricultural technologies, among other topics related to agricultural activity. There are 910 vacancies available in 33 hubs in the states of Alagoas, Amazonas, Bahia, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Pernambuco, Rondônia, Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo.
Agribusiness Technician Course: The Agribusiness Technician course aims to train professionals to operate in the agricultural market efficiently and sustainably. A total of 1,075 vacancies are being offered across 39 hubs in the states of Alagoas, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Rondônia, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo.
Animal Science Technician Course: This course focuses on the study and application of techniques for the breeding and management of animals, with an emphasis on animal production. Professionals trained in this course will be qualified to work on farms, poultry farms, stud farms, and companies in the agricultural sector, contributing to the development of zootechnical activities. There are 1,220 vacancies distributed across 45 hubs in the states of Acre, Bahia, Ceará, Goiás, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Pernambuco, Paraíba, Piauí, Rondônia, Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Catarina, and Tocantins.
Registration Deadline and Selection for SENAR Distance Learning Technical Courses
Registrations will be conducted through the institution’s website, from May 27 to July 2, 2024, at no cost, AT THIS LINK.
Classification: The selection process will be based on the Analysis of Registrations, which involves the evaluation of the High School Completion Certificate, the School History, or an equivalent official document. The classification will be conducted by the regional administrations.
Approved candidates within the number of available vacancies must complete their enrollment in August, according to the academic calendar.
