Program Operation
Created by Law No. 14,818/2024, the Pé-de-Meia functions as a student savings program. The goal is to encourage the retention and completion of high school.
In addition to the R$ 200 monthly, the student can receive R$ 1,000 at the end of each school year completed with approval. This amount can only be withdrawn after the conclusion of high school.
Therefore, the program aims to reduce school dropout rates and expand opportunities for social inclusion through education.
