Pickup Will Bring More Versions, Advanced Technological Features and Performance Reviews to Meet Consumer Demands
The Ram Rampage, a sales success since its launch in 2023 in Brazil, is about to undergo significant updates for its 2026 version. Although it has gained a loyal audience, the Stellantis pickup had not received any significant news until now, except for the inclusion of the special edition Rebel Ignition. However, the manufacturer is already preparing targeted changes for next year, which promise to further enhance user experience, according to Auto Mais TV.
New Versions and More Accessible Engines in the Pickup
One of the main novelties of the 2026 Ram Rampage will be the inclusion of the awaited Big Horn version, which will serve as the entry-level variant of the line. With a simpler finish and fewer features compared to the more equipped versions, the Big Horn will be positioned as a more affordable option for consumers looking for a sturdy vehicle, but with a more competitive price. This version will be equipped with the 2.2 four-cylinder turbo diesel engine, ensuring fuel efficiency and good performance. Another possible option for the Big Horn will be the 2.0 four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine, already used in other variants of the line.
The 2.2 and 2.0 engines will also be available in the Rebel and Laramie versions, while the sporty R/T version will retain the 2.0 turbo gasoline engine. All configurations will include a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4×4 traction, offering robust performance for both urban use and more challenging terrains.

Technology as a Differentiator in the Pickup
Among the most anticipated improvements, the Ram Rampage 2026 will gain new technological features, highlighting the 360° camera system, an addition that promises to facilitate maneuvers and enhance safety behind the wheel. This system will be the same one that will also be integrated into other Stellantis models, such as the Compass and the Commander. The inclusion of this technology is part of the brand’s strategy to meet one of the main demands of Brazilian consumers: more onboard technology.

In addition, the electrical adjustment of the Rampage’s seats will also be updated, with the addition of a memory function, allowing different drivers to save their seating preferences. This feature is especially useful for those who share the vehicle with more than one person, ensuring greater comfort and practicality in daily use.
Adjustments in Suspension and Other Improvements in the Ram Rampage Pickup
One of the points of criticism in the current version of the Ram Rampage, especially in the R/T configuration, was the suspension. Many consumers reported that the original tuning did not provide the expected comfort for a pickup of this category, especially on bumpier routes. Addressing these complaints, Stellantis announced that it will make changes to the suspension calibration of the R/T version, making it more suitable for the sporty profile without compromising comfort on Brazilian streets and roads. The specifics of these changes have not yet been detailed, but the expectation is that the new suspension will bring a balance between firmness and comfort.
Another change, which has not yet had all the details revealed, will be in the automatic transmission rotor, focusing on the “P” position, addressing user requests for an improvement in this aspect in the Ram Rampage pickup. Additionally, the bed opening button will be repositioned, following several complaints regarding its functionality.
