Following a glorious year for the Duster, which was the SUV best-selling in Europe in 2022, the brand announces major changes that promise to shake up the competition.
One of the big news is that the Duster will be the Dacia's first vehicle to be produced on a Renault-Nissan modular platform, the CMF, the same one that is already used in other models such as the new European Clio, Captur and the new generation of the Nissan Sentra. Based on Concept Car Bigster, new Duster It comes with a design that completely deviates from the previously known “basic” standard.

Innovative engine
If you're one of those who keeps an eye on what's under the hood, get ready: the Renault has prepared unprecedented engine options for this new generation. The model will feature a new 1.0 three-cylinder turbo with direct fuel injection, reaching up to 110 horsepower.
Another option is the already known 1.3 turbo flex, with power of up to 170 horsepower. The big surprise is the hybrid version, which will be equipped with a 1.2 Turbo gasoline engine and another 48V electric motor.
The interior leaves nothing to be desired and comes with leather finishes and quality materials, following the standards of Renault models sold in Europe.
The new Duster will offer a more complete Multimedia Center, with a 360º camera system, wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, among others.
Safety first; What to expect in Brazil?
On the security side, the new Duster arrives well equipped, with collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, and even adaptive cruise control with stop and go function.
