CONAB 2025 competition offers vacancies in several regions of Brazil for assistant and analyst positions. Check out the details!
The National Supply Company (CONAB) has opened the public tender notice to fill 403 vacancies effective, distributed between the positions of analyst and assistant. The offer includes several specialties and units throughout the national territory.

CONAB competition: Vacancies, salaries and benefits
The competition aims to select candidates for the position of assistant, with 34 vacancies available, and for the position of analyst, with 369 vacancies, in addition to the formation of a reserve register.
The positions require different levels of education: while the assistant position requires high school education, the analyst position requires higher education.
The base salary offered is R$3.459,87 for assistants and R$8.140,88 for analysts. In addition, CONAB offers benefits such as Life Insurance (optional), Worker Transportation Program, Funeral Assistance, Early Childhood Education Assistance, Food Assistance, Worker Food Program (PAT) and Supplementary Private Pension, among others.
The working day will be up to 40 hours per week, except for exceptions provided for by specific legislation, with the possibility of assignment in the units of CONAB in different states.
It is worth noting that the admitted candidate will be responsible for travel expenses and change of address, if necessary.

Candidates for the position of analyst must choose a specialty based on their academic background, with some of the main areas being:

Each specialty has specific requirements and will be evaluated based on technical knowledge of the requested area.
CONAB 2025 Competition Structure
O competition It will consist of several stages, namely: Objective test, discursive test (only for the analyst position); heteroidentification procedure (for candidates for vacancies intended for black and mixed race people); biopsychosocial evaluation (for candidates with disabilities) and appeal stages.
The objective test will be eliminatory and classificatory in nature, and will consist of multiple choice questions, while the discursive test will evaluate candidates for the position of analyst, with a discursive question of up to 30 lines, requiring reasoning, analysis and knowledge application skills.
The competition will be held in several units of the Federation, with test locations specific to each state. CONAB has released a detailed schedule of activities, including dates for registration, objective and discursive tests, and results.
Registration and participation fees
Registration for the competition will be made exclusively through the CONSULPAM Institute website, from April 14 to May 15, 2025.
The registration fee will be R$50,00 for mid-level positions (assistant) and R$80,00 for senior-level positions (analyst).

The registration fee can only be paid by bank slip generated during the registration period. It is important to note that registrations with payment slips after the deadline will be rejected.
Geographical Distribution of Vacancies
O CONAB 2025 competition offers opportunities in several regions of Brazil, with the aim of ensuring adequate distribution and supply throughout the national territory. The vacancies are distributed among the five regions of the country:
1. Northern Region
States such as Acre, Amazonas, Rondônia, Roraima and Pará;
CONAB has units in several of these locations to support agribusiness and supply.
2. Northeast Region
Vacancies in states such as Bahia, Ceará, Pernambuco, Maranhão, Piauí, Sergipe and Alagoas;
