Duration and Requirements
The program lasts for two years and offers various benefits, such as participation in strategic projects with guidance from senior leadership, specialized training, job rotation, mentoring, and coaching.
To apply for the trainee positions, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have completed your degree between December 2019 and December 2021;
- Have professional experience (not necessarily in the field chosen for the program);
- Be proficient in English;
- Be willing to relocate to the chosen location as a trainee;
- Be available for travel;
- Demonstrate leadership skills and teamwork;
- Have strategic thinking and analytical ability;
- Be able to simplify complex problems;
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
