Senai-RO Is Offering Thousands of Spots in Free Courses in Classroom and EAD Modes for Young People Aged 14 to 23

This Monday (27), the National Service of Industrial Learning of Rondônia (Senai-RO) posted a new announcement with thousands of opportunities in free courses in EAD and classroom modes for Professional Education. These are technical and professional qualification courses for young people aged 14 to 23 who are in at least the 9th grade of Elementary School for qualification courses and at least the second year of High School for technical courses. It is important to note that applications can be made until November 29.

Senai RO Offers Free EAD Courses in Various Areas

The courses offered by Senai RO are aimed at mechanical, electrical, welding, refrigeration, IT, wood, and food areas. The in-person free courses will be taught by seven Senai units: Porto Velho, Ji-Paraná, Ariquemes, Jaru, Cacoal, Rolim de Moura, and Vilhena. Check below the courses offered in EAD mode:

Building Electrician
Computer Assembler and Repair Technician
Quality Control Assistant
Production Assistant
Logistics Assistant

Senai-RO is already preparing for next year, offering 2,075 spots in free technical courses at the secondary level in both classroom and EAD formats. The SENAI free program aims to offer free courses and is an action of social inclusion aimed at people in low-income situations.

The main idea is to contribute to strengthening the local industry, as well as increasing the attractiveness of the course for candidates, expanding opportunities for industries in Rondônia, and fostering the educational character of learning in tune with the context of technological advancement.

According to Jair Coelho, Professional Education Coordinator of Senai-RO, the openings total more than two thousand statewide in various industrial sectors, and it is essential that young people do not waste this opportunity.

The regional director of Senai-RO, Alex Santiago, emphasized that the institution has a high success rate regarding the placement of Senai students in the job market after completing courses, thus providing adults and youth with a unique opportunity to study and gain professional qualifications.
