Senai has opened registrations for 230 slots in free technical and vocational courses, under the Petrobras Autonomy and Income Program. The initiative takes place at Civit I, in Serra, and includes scholarships of up to R$ 858, strengthening social inclusion and professional qualification. Classes will start in February 2025, and registrations are already available, both online and in person, according to the Portal Tempo Novo website.

Variety of Courses for Different Profiles

Those interested in the offer of free courses can choose between technical or professional qualification courses, with durations ranging from 4 to 11 months. Check the available options:

Technical in Production Planning and Control: technical course lasting 11 months.
Professional Qualification Courses:
- Operator – Hydrojet (4 months)
- Signalman Rigger (4 months)
- Mechanical Draftsman (7 months)
- Inspector – Welding N1 (4 months)
- Operator of Machines and Equipment (8 months)

The courses are free to meet market demands, focusing on essential technical and practical skills for various sectors.

Financial Benefits and Priority Target Audience

All participants receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 660. Women with children up to 11 years will receive a differentiated amount of R$ 858. This inclusive policy aims to benefit groups in situations of social vulnerability, such as women, transgender people, Indigenous peoples, quilombolas, Black individuals, refugees, and persons with disabilities.

In addition to financial support, the technical training provided by Senai enhances the chances of labor market insertion, promoting autonomy and sustainable income.
