Economy and Job Creation
In economic terms, the municipality showed a striking jump of 102 positions. One of the main factors was the indicator of “Qualification of Formal Workers,” which recorded an advance of 126 positions, securing the city the 29th national place.
Another noteworthy number is that of “Formal Jobs.” In this regard, São Vicente grew by 333 positions, reaching the 17th position in the country.

Projects and Modernization
The actions to maintain this growth pace involve the redevelopment of strategic points. Among them are the central-beach axis and Ulisses Guimarães Avenue, in the Continental Area.
The Gonzaguinha Waterfront also received revitalization investments.
The municipality also invests in new tourist attractions, such as the Lovers’ Pier, the Fishermen’s Deck, and the Youth Park.
These projects expand the leisure offerings and reinforce urban transformation.
Another highlight is the proposal to include the Continental Area in the Port Polygon. This measure is expected to expand logistical potential and bring additional investments.
Additionally, the municipal administration is working on policies for reducing bureaucracy and stimulating the construction industry, strengthening development.
São Vicente: Looking to 2032
The expectation is that the advances will serve as a foundation to consolidate São Vicente by 2032, when the city will celebrate its 500th anniversary.
Real estate growth, the awards received, and strong positions in national rankings indicate that the municipality is on the right track to become one of the major poles on the São Paulo coast.
