The Virtual University of the State of São Paulo (Univesp), an institution linked to the Secretary of Science, Technology and Innovation (SCTI), announced the opening of the 2025 entrance exam, offering 22,935 vacancies in free online (EAD) undergraduate courses. The vacancies are distributed across 432 poles, covering 373 municipalities in São Paulo, democratizing access to higher education throughout the state.

In a scenario where distance education becomes increasingly relevant, Univesp stands out as a pioneering institution, offering opportunities for flexible and accessible learning. The initiative aims to meet the growing demand for quality higher education, providing students the chance to develop their skills and knowledge without leaving their cities.

Simplified Selection Process

Unlike other institutions, Univesp does not require the score from the National High School Exam (Enem) for admission, simplifying the selection process and increasing the chances of entry for a larger number of candidates. Applicants can choose from nine courses, divided into three educational axes: Licentiate, Computing, and Business and Production.

EAD Methodology

Univesp adopts a distance learning methodology, using the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA). In this digital platform, students have access to video lessons, didactic materials, digital libraries, and academic support with facilitators, ensuring a complete and interactive learning experience. The AVA platform is intuitive and easy to use, allowing students to access course content from anywhere and at any time.

Enrollment for Free Courses

Enrollment for free undergraduate courses is open until April 7 and must be done exclusively through the Univesp entrance exam website. The enrollment fee is R$ 47.50. There is no age limit for applicants, only that they have completed high school or are in the final stages of completion by the time of enrollment.

Univesp seeks to promote social inclusion and equal opportunities, offering free and quality higher education for all.
