The Ministry of Education (MEC), through the Secretariat of Professional and Technological Education (Setec), launched Notice No. 7/2025 with the opening of registrations for the formation of a Bank of Specialists. The objective is to select professionals to act as evaluators of pedagogical projects of technical courses, mainly in authorization processes for courses offered by Private Higher Education Institutions (IPES).
The opportunity provides remuneration for services rendered in accordance with Resolution CD/FNDE No. 24/2011, without direct employment ties with MEC. Distribution of Vacancies and Locations
The notice does not set a precise number of vacancies, as it relates to the creation of a national bank of specialists. Professionals will be selected according to the needs of Setec/MEC, considering the technological axis, area of expertise, and professional profile of each candidate.

How Will the Selection Process Be
The selection of evaluators will be based on eligibility criteria, and if the number of interested parties exceeds demand, there may be electronic drawing considering the technological axis.

Selected professionals will be called according to the needs of the Setec, and must participate in training promoted by MEC before starting evaluations.
Who Can Apply
Professionals from Professional and Technological Education who work in public education institutions can participate, with exclusive dedication regime, and who possess a master’s degree (academic or professional) recognized by MEC.
It is necessary to prove at least three years of experience as a teacher in technical courses or in the pedagogical area, in addition to knowledge in curricular organization of technical courses.
It is also required that the candidate does not have ties with private educational institutions or kinship with their leaders, and that does not have tax or social security pending issues. The interested party must have access to the internet and a computer to perform activities remotely.
Available Positions, Salaries, and Benefits
The notice offers a single position: evaluator of pedagogical projects of technical courses, on an occasional basis.
There is no fixed salary, as payments will be made according to the number of evaluations assigned to the professional, in accordance with the Resolution CD/FNDE No. 24/2011.
Values vary according to the complexity of the analysis and are paid upon registration in the Educational Assessment System (SAE/MEC).
The work does not create employment ties, and there are no provisions for labor benefits such as vacation or 13th salary.

- Virtual orientation meeting for evaluators: August 28, 2025
The selection of professionals will be conducted continuously, and registrations will be valid for 24 months.
