The Social Service of Industry (SESI) is accepting applications for a new selection process to work at SESI aimed at the position of Administrative Analyst in the city of Rio Verde, Goiás. These positions at SESI are a great opportunity to boost your career in an organization that keeps growing and focuses on its employees.

Who Can Apply for the Position of Administrative Analyst to Work at SESI?

Interested candidates for the SESI selection process must have a completed higher education and experience in administrative routines, document organization, labor routines, budget preparation (payroll, attendance, hiring, termination, and benefits control), recruitment and selection, and employee follow-up. The professional will specifically work in the Pharmacy and Food business areas.

Those approved for the position of Administrative Analyst to work at SESI will be responsible for performing administrative activities, including reception and protocol of documents, preparing and analyzing technical and operational reports, organizing and supporting meetings and internal processes, as well as managing necessary documentation. They will provide support for decision-making through research and data collection, and maintain control of physical and electronic information and documents in the area.

The administrative analyst plays a crucial role in companies, helping to ensure that internal processes are managed efficiently and that operations run smoothly. This professional acts as a vital link between management and other departments, promoting effective coordination and communication.

By managing budgets, monitoring expenses, supervising projects, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, the Analyst directly contributes to operational efficiency and the achievement of organizational goals.

Applications for the SESI Selection Process Take Place Online – No Need to Go to the Site

The positions at SESI can be found on the institution’s careers page. The selection process for the administrative analyst will be conducted online and will consist of the following steps:

  • Resume Submission: From October 1 to 7, 2024;
  • Curriculum Evaluation: Starting on October 8, at 8 AM;
  • Document Analysis: Starting on October 8, at 10 AM;
  • Practical Assessment (Case Study + Interview): The practical test will occur on October 10, at 9 AM;
  • Announcement of Final Results: Scheduled for October 14, at 1 PM. 

The candidates approved to work at SESI will be called for possible future positions in the same unit or region, valid for 24 months from the conclusion of the process. The position of administrative analyst offers a salary of R$ 3,758.88, with a monthly workload of 220 hours. The position is for hiring under a monthly contract, with an indefinite term.
