Relationship Management Analyst (Florianópolis – SC)
The professional approved for the position of Relationship Management Analyst will have a strategic role within the cooperative. Their main responsibilities include analyzing the existing Provider Network and controlling activities related to contractual drafts, internal regulations, bylaws, and other legal documents. Additionally, the analyst should propose actions to ensure the effectiveness of the services provided, develop necessary writings for contractual drafts, and actively participate, sometimes leading, strategic projects focused on process innovation and the implementation of new technologies. The role also requires the development, analysis, and monitoring of control and performance indicators, always aiming for continuous improvement of processes and compliance with current legislation.
