Selection Process Details
The schedule for the SESI selection process includes several stages, ranging from the submission of resumes to practical assessments and in-person interviews.
The period for submitting resumes has already begun and will run until September 19.
It is important for interested candidates to fill out the application form carefully, as the system does not allow data editing after completing the registration.
Another crucial point is the confirmation of registration. After submitting the resume, the candidate will receive an automatic email and will need to confirm it within the deadline. Otherwise, they will be disqualified from the selection process.
Online and In-Person Stages
The selection process also includes the Cultural Fit and Competencies Test, which will be conducted online between September 20 and 23.
The test is essential to evaluate whether the candidate aligns with the values and competencies expected by the institution.
After the curriculum analysis and online tests, there will be a documentation evaluation phase on September 23 and 24.
In this phase, candidates will need to submit documents such as ID or driver’s license and proof of education. Submitting all required documentation within the stipulated timeframe is mandatory to continue in the process.
The candidate who progresses to the final phase will participate in a practical assessment and an in-person interview on September 26, at the SESI headquarters in Joinville.
In this stage, candidates will be evaluated on proactivity, creativity, innovation, technical knowledge, communication, and interaction. The practical part will involve solving a case study, followed by an individual interview.
