Vestas received an order of 409 MW from the joint venture between Votorantim Wind Energy and the Canadian fund CPP Investments for sustainable energy projects in Ventos do Piauí II and Ventos do Piauí III, in Serra do Inácio, in the state of Piauí, Brazil involving wind energy.

The contract includes the supply and commissioning of V150-4.2 MW wind turbines, as well as Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service contracts for 20 years, designed to ensure optimized performance throughout the lifetime of the sustainable energy project.
