The Bahia State Department of Education (SEC) is offering 13,055 vacancies for free technical courses aimed at high-demand areas in the job market. Enrollment is open until January 23, 2025, and is directed at candidates seeking to improve their professional prospects. This reinforces the state’s commitment to inclusion and technical education as a tool for social transformation.
Free Courses in 39 Areas of Training
The free courses are aimed at those who have completed high school and cover 39 areas of technical training, including Administration, Nursing, Logistics, Nutrition, Clinical Analysis, and Human Resources.

The training opportunities are distributed across 96 municipalities that represent the 27 Identity Territories of Bahia. With a start date set for February 10, the selection process will occur through an electronic draw on January 24, ensuring a fair and accessible selection for all candidates.
How the Selection and Enrollment Process Will Work
The electronic draw method aims to provide a fair distribution of vacancies, encompassing both public school students and those who completed high school in private schools as full scholarship students. Candidates selected for training must enroll in person at the unit where they were selected by January 28. The following documents will be required: School Transcript, ID, CPF, proof of residence, and updated Vaccination Card.
From January 29 to 31, any remaining vacancies will be filled with candidates from the reserve list, in case there are dropouts during the initial process.
