Established in 2018, the studio of the world’s largest beverage company has 200 people spread across seven Brazilian states, and the group’s idea is very simple: update Ambev’s marketing strategy and develop new leaders in strategy and business within the company.
According to the Head of Marketing of the DraftLine studio, Daniel Tártaro, the search will be for people who can connect with Ambev’s consumers. “We want more people who can bring their stories, experiences, personalities, and backgrounds to our team, from strategy to execution. Only then will we be able to get closer to our consumers,” he said.
