With the goal of expanding business, but above all, generating income and job openings for numerous professionals, Pormade, one of the largest door manufacturers in Brazil, has revamped the entire Pormade Promoter Program to offer greater earning opportunities to interested parties. The project, which has been in existence since 2019 and already has 180 promoters, is focused on increasing the company’s advertisement, products, and brand. Promoters primarily seek direct partners, such as architects and installers, to generate new business, and also assist the brand’s franchises in their city by sending potential clients and new partnerships. The performance of each promoter is measured through software where tasks are carried out and activities recorded, ensuring individual management and tracking of benefits.
Since there is no fixed working hours, the professional chosen for the promoter job opening can invest their available time to perform actions but should consider that earnings are variable and proportional to their effort. Each activity has a specific type of compensation, which, when summed at the end of the month, generates the bonus amount they receive.
