The Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen has once again put a mansion located in the West Village neighborhood of New York up for sale. The property, which marked the beginning of her international success story, is being listed for US$ 17 million, equivalent to about R$ 93 million.

Built in 1851, the residence follows the traditional “townhouse” style — one of the most iconic architectural formats in the city, characterized by brick townhouses with classic facades.

The property features 494 square meters spread over four floors, combining historical elegance and modern comfort.

The upper floor houses the master suite, which occupies the entire fourth floor. The space includes a skylight, walk-in closet, dressing room, and a spa-style bathroom.

Other details emphasize the sophisticated character of the property: seven wood-burning fireplaces, hardwood floors, and double-height ceilings in some areas.

Value and History of Gisele’s Mansion

Gisele purchased the property in 2005 for US$ 5.8 million, about R$ 31 million at the time. The house had been put up for sale previously, remaining on the market for six months before being taken off.

Now, it returns with an adjusted price, rekindling the interest of high-end buyers.
