The Air Force Has Just Announced a New Public Competition for Candidates with Complete High School Education. Those Approved for the Positions Will Have Training Courses and Salaries of R$ 1,2 Thousand.
The registrations for the NEW public competition of the Air Force are open, focusing on filling 100 positions for admission to the Sergeant Adaptation to Graduation Stage (EAGS) in 2025. The approved candidates will take a course lasting approximately one year at the Aeronautical Specialists School (EEAR), located in Guaratinguetá, in the interior of São Paulo.
Positions Offered in the Air Force Public Competition
Both male and female candidates with a high school education and aged between 17 and 24 years old, completed by December 31, 2025, can apply for the Air Force positions. There are 11 specialties offered, of which 7 also require technical training:
- Electronics (31 positions);
- Laboratory (4);
- Electricity (10);
- Administration (20);
- Construction (5);
- Nursing (10);
- Computer Science (15).
The other positions available are for musicians playing clarinet – bass soprano (2 positions), Bb trumpet (1), trombones – tenor/bass (1), and tuba – sousaphone (1). It is important to highlight that during training, the recruits approved in the public competition will receive salaries of R$ 1,199, plus allowances for food, accommodation, uniforms, and medical-dental assistance, according to the notice.

Upon completing their training, the military will be promoted to the rank of third sergeant, which currently pays R$ 3,825 (plus bonuses), and they may serve in military organizations spread throughout the national territory.

Registrations for the Air Force public competition positions are open until 3 PM on February 2 (Brasília time), through the Military Exams Management and Control System website. The registration fee is R$ 95; however, it will be possible to request a fee waiver.
The notice provides free registration for bone marrow donors in entities recognized by the Ministry of Health. In case of doubts, candidates can get more information from the organizing committee of the selection process via phone at (12) 2131-7576 and email ingresso.eear@gmail.com.
The objective test for the Air Force public competition, scheduled for April 14, will cover multiple-choice questions on specific knowledge and Portuguese language. It will take place in 15 cities across various regions of Brazil:

- Natal (RN);
- Belém (PA);
- Canoas and Santa Maria (RS);
- Recife (PE);
- Brasília (DF);
- Belo Horizonte (MG);
- Curitiba (PR);
- Porto Velho (RO);
- Campo Grande (MS);
- Manaus (AM);
- São Paulo and São José dos Campos (SP);
- Boa Vista (RR).
In the other stages of the Air Force public competition, the summoned candidates will still undergo a health inspection, physical evaluation, psychological examination, and practical test between June and October. The start of the course is scheduled for January 2025.
