Diamond Aircraft Announces Expansion of Partnership with Aeromot and FBR Aviation
Diamond Aircraft Industries announced on its official channels the expansion of its partnership with Aeromot and FBR Aviation to carry out the assembly of the Diamond DA62 aircraft in Brazilian territory. Aeromot’s new step with Diamond Aircraft made the company proud, as the latter has been a significant partner since 2016, when it became an Official Distributor and Authorized Service Center for the manufacturer in Brazil.
Austrian Aircraft Diamond DA62 Is the Most In-Demand Piston Model in Brazil
According to Aeromot: “This year, the history of Brazilian aviation gains a new chapter, which begins with the expansion of the agreement between the companies for the national assembly of the Diamond DA62 aircraft, the most in-demand piston model in the country, with the first models built in the country expected for delivery in 2025.”
The aircraft features a piston twin-engine of up to 7 seats, uses jet fuel (JET-A1), and has a consumption comparable to that of a single-engine model, which is more economical and sustainable than other brands. In addition to being very safe, the Diamond DA62 also offers great value with ultra-modern avionics, incredible flight performance, and low operational costs, attributes that make it a leader in its segment in Brazil.

Diamond Aircraft Is the Only General Aviation Manufacturer That Produces Aircraft on Three Continents
Currently, Diamond Aircraft is the only manufacturer in the general aviation segment with production facilities on three continents: Europe, America, and Asia. The initiative to produce the DA62 in partnership with Aeromot and FBR Aviation aims to expand Diamond’s presence in Latin America. In addition to supporting aircraft manufacturing, sales and technical support, it will also foster the growth of the entire aerospace industry.
The licensed production of Diamond aircraft in Brazil is directly linked to CTAero – Aeromot Technology Center, part of the company’s expansion plan, which will have an industrial airport with a 1800-meter runway and will be the core of the national production of the DA62. Furthermore, the CTAero complex will become a hub for the development of engineering and aeronautical and defense technologies, air mobility solutions, and industry for the manufacture of aircraft, parts, and components.
