The Senna Tower, designed to be the world’s tallest residential building with over 500 meters in height and 154 floors in Balneário Camboriú, has agribusiness entrepreneurs as its main buyers. According to ndmais, FG Empreendimentos revealed that the agro sector represents 35% of the entire commercial result of the construction company in the city and in Praia Brava. The company grew 36% in the first four months of 2026, achieved 68% market share, and has already surpassed R$ 2.2 billion in sales of the development that attracts investors seeking asset protection.

The Senna Tower is still in its foundations but has already reshaped the map of who buys ultra-high-end properties in Brazil. Agribusiness entrepreneurs account for 35% of all sales by FG Empreendimentos in Balneário Camboriú and Praia Brava, according to the commercial director of the construction company, Alex Brito, in an interview with ND Mais during an event specifically aimed at large rural producers and investors from the North and Midwest of the country. Agro buyers seek asset protection in units ranging from apartments starting at R$ 28 million to super triplex penthouses of 903 square meters, which can exceed R$ 300 million.

The revelation comes at a time of accelerated expansion for the construction company. FG recorded a growth of 36% in the first four months of 2026, achieved 68% market share in Balneário Camboriú, and attracted 63% new clients, with a highlight for investors coming from the South, Southeast, and Midwest regions. In 2025, the company’s net revenue reached R$ 1.36 billion, an increase of 20% compared to the previous year, with a net profit of R$ 503 million and a margin of 37%. The land bank totals 4.5 million square meters, with a potential of R$ 130 billion in future sales.

The Senna Tower will be the tallest residential tower in the world when completed. The project plans for over 500 meters in height, 154 floors, and 228 ultra-high standard units on Avenida Atlântica, in Barra Sul of Balneário Camboriú. The development is a tribute to the driver Ayrton Senna and had artistic signature by Lalalli Senna, niece of the three-time Formula 1 champion.

The tower will include suspended mansions with cantilevered pools and private car elevators, apartments with five suites, duplex penthouses, and triplex super penthouses of up to 903 square meters.

The complex will feature seven high-speed elevators capable of reaching the top in less than a minute, an exclusive panoramic rooftop, and over 6,000 square meters of leisure areas distributed across six floors dedicated to wellness, gastronomy, culture, and experiences. The Senna Tower has already surpassed R$ 2.2 billion in sales.

Why agribusiness buys in Senna Tower

Alex Brito’s explanation for the weight of agribusiness in sales is straightforward: entrepreneurs in the sector seek high-standard properties as a form of asset protection and capital appreciation. Balneário Camboriú currently has the most valued square meter in Brazil, and agribusiness buyers understand that investing in the city offers security for the wealth accumulated in rural production.

FG Empreendimentos has intensified its presence at events aimed at large rural producers, attending fairs and meetings in Mato Grosso, Goiás, Tocantins, and Rondônia to present the portfolio of developments.

The profile of the agribusiness buyer is distinct: they are investors accustomed to dealing with high values, long cycles, and protection against inflation. For them, the Senna Tower functions as a store of value with future liquidity guaranteed by the continuous appreciation of the region.

The Senna Tower is FG’s most visible project, but the construction company operates a diversified portfolio that caters to different investor profiles. Brito highlighted that there are investment levels for those just starting and for those seeking more aggressive positions. The company is responsible for eight of the ten tallest buildings in Brazil and has delivered 63 developments throughout its history.

The expansion is now moving beyond the country. FG recently opened an office in Miami and is preparing operations in Europe and Asia, targeting international investors looking for the same type of product that attracts the Brazilian agribusiness barons.

The brand’s global positioning reinforces the argument for appreciation: if investors from different continents buy into the same development, demand sustains prices and protects those who have already invested.

The foundations that will support more than 500 meters in height

At the Senna Tower construction site, the current phase is one of the most critical. FG invested over R$ 50 million in the Italian drilling rig MAIT CFA 34-36, equipped with the largest continuous auger ever used in Brazil. The equipment drills into the ground and, when withdrawn, simultaneously injects concrete through the central shaft, creating deep foundations molded on-site that will support the entire structure.

The machine is the only one of its kind in operation in the country and marks a decisive stage for the structural performance of a building over 550 meters tall.

The land in Barra Sul was acquired in partnership between Luciano Hang, founder of Havan, and Francisco Graciola, owner of FG Empreendimentos. The Senna Tower is the first time in history that the Senna family has authorized the use of the name in a real estate development.

What the Senna Tower reveals about agribusiness money

The fact that 35% of the sales of the largest construction company in Balneário Camboriú come from agribusiness speaks volumes about the concentration of wealth in the sector. Rural producers who have accumulated capital with soy, cattle, cotton, and corn over years of record harvests are now directing part of this wealth to the luxury real estate market, seeking diversification and asset protection against the volatility of the field.

Balneário Camboriú has established itself as the preferred destination for this capital due to a combination of factors: urban safety, continuous appreciation of the square meter, tourist infrastructure, and proximity to international airports. The Senna Tower, with its suspended mansions and super penthouses worth hundreds of millions, is the pinnacle of this trend. The tower has not yet broken ground, but it already moves billions and attracts buyers who measure wealth in hectares and heads of cattle.

Do you think it makes sense to invest R$ 28 million or more in an apartment in the tallest building in the world, or are there better options for asset protection?
