Courses Are Offered by Ambev as a Way to Expand Access to Education and Contribute to the Development of Workers

According to the companies, the idea behind the partnership is to collaborate with the professional development of Ambev employees, as well as to prepare them for the challenges and obstacles in the job market related to digital transformation and technology.

All Courses Include Certificate Issuance, and Enrollment Is Not Directly Done by Students
Additionally, all employees, upon completing the courses, will be entitled to a participation certificate. The offering of courses functions as a benefit of the brewery, and enrollment cannot be done directly by the students, as the business model of Education Journey corresponds to B2B2C, meaning it does not negotiate directly with the consumer, but benefits from a partnership with another company.
Thus, in this case, Ambev – which invests millions in building factories and generating jobs – purchases the product and subsidizes it for its employees in a benefits format.
The more than 4,000 courses available on the platform allow for selection among more than 10 distinct learning paths, including: Hard and Soft Skills; Management; Data Science; Marketing; Technology, among others. Furthermore, courses from 8 partner edtechs, such as Trillio Academy, Descomplica, and Rocketseat, are also made available to Ambev employees.
According to Education Journey, since September 2021, more than 300 courses have been started, while more than 200 certificates have already been issued, totaling over two thousand hours of training.
