ANP resumed today (8/13) the process of public consultation and hearing no. 1/2020, related to the draft resolution regarding the review of ANP Ordinance no. 251/2000, on the regulation of access by third parties to waterway terminals for the movement of oil, oil derivatives, gas, and biofuels. The notice was published today in the Official Gazette of the Union (https://www.in.gov.br/en/web/dou/-/aviso-consulta-publica-e-audiencia-publica-n-1/2020-271993331)
The consultation, which had been suspended in March of this year, will last for 60 days, and the public hearing will take place on November 12, via videoconference.
